If you’ve always wanted to start practicing yoga but didn’t know where to begin, this course is for you. Over the course of 10 days (once a week), we will guide you through a transformative experience to learn the basics of yoga in a practical and deep way.

In this course, you will learn:

Postures: to strengthen your body and gain flexibility.

Meditation: simple techniques to find calm and mental clarity.

Philosophy and Yoga Sutras: an introduction to the essential teachings of yoga.

History of yoga: learn about its origin and evolution.

Benefits of yoga: how it can transform your physical, mental, and emotional life.

Each session will conclude with a yoga practice followed by meditation/relaxation.
